Build-your-own bowl with scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, chorizo sausage, shredded cheese, tomatoes, avocado, jalapenos, and smoked scallion grits

Chef Vernon’s seasoned and fried chicken breast filet on a fresh baked biscuit. Served with fruit salad and cheese grits


Complete Continental Breakfast

Fresh baked mini croissants with brie cheese and apricot preserves, butter and jelly. Served with vanilla yogurt, fruit salad, orange juice and coffee


Jamaican Jerk Chicken

Jerk spiced bone-in chicken garnished with peppers and onions. Served with Caribbean rice with pinto beans, fried plantains, sauteed cabbage and cornbread muffins


Perfect Pan Roasted Chicken

Boneless chicken thighs pan seared with rosemary, thyme, garlic, cracked pepper and fresh lemon. Served with roasted red new potatoes and fresh asparagus, rolls and butter


Grilled Salmon Picatta

Fresh Atlantic salmon filet grilled with salt, pepper and olive oil, and finished with our chef’s citrus caper Picatta sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes, Italian roasted vegetables, rolls and butter

Assorted Classic Boar’s Head deli sandwiches on fresh artisan bakery breads, an Autumn Apple Salad with grilled chicken on the side, and hot tomato basil bisque soup. Served with condiments, salad dressings, and crackers on the side.

It’s November!…The year is racing towards completion, and everyone I talk to seems to be busy! It’s true that we live in a fast paced world nowadays.

But hold on…not so fast…let’s take a collective breath! There is still some time in 2018 to enjoy! So, slow down…and breathe…and eat!
